Ashley Nunes is a researcher, consultant and commentator specializing in transportation safety, regulatory policy and workforce productivity. He holds academic appointments at Harvard Law School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Nunes has lectured globally on the challenges facing developed economies and has led research projects sponsored by the United States Department of Defense, the Natural Sciences & Engineering Research Council of Canada and The Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.

He’s worked with the Department of Defense and the Federal Aviation Administration to conduct research on transportation safety, regulatory policy and behavioral economics. He is a contributor to Forbes, the Financial Times, the Globe and Mail and other outlets.
