Eboo Patel is the founder and president of Interfaith Youth Core. The organization’s goal is to promote respect for religious diversity and encourage interfaith dialogue.
Patel was a member of President Obama’s Advisory Council of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. He was named one of America’s Best Leaders of 2009 by U.S. News and World Report and is the author of four books: Acts of Faith (2007), Sacred Ground (2012), Interfaith Leadership: A Primer (2016) and Out of Many Faiths: Religious Diversity and the American Promise (2018).
