Edwin Park is a research professor at the Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy. Previously, he was vice president for health policy at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. He also worked as a Medicaid professional staff member for the U.S. Senate Finance Committee and as an attorney specializing in health law.
His work focuses on Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and the Affordable Care Act. He also analyzes tax policies related to health care, private health insurance markets and policies related to prescription drugs.
Park has been cited in numerous print publications including The New York Times, The Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal.
