Erica Williams Simon is the CEO of Sage House, a content, experience and consulting company. She is co-host and co-creator of the Rosario Dawson-produced talk show The Assembly and the host of the podcast The Call with Erica. Her first book, You Deserve the Truth: Change the Stories that Shaped Your World and Build a World-Changing Life, was published in 2019.

Simon was the founder and head of Snapchat’s Creator’s Lab, a millennial social impact strategist, and the founder of the consultancy EWS Strategies. She was also the founding creative director of Upworthy.com and a columnist for TIME.com.
