Felicia Joy is a behavioral scientist and strategic corporate affairs leader who has worked in public relations and marketing. Currently, she is an adjunct professor of strategy at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Joy also serves as the executive vice president and U.S. head of behavioral science, corporate advisory and transformation at the marketing firm Edelman. She previously worked as a crisis management and communications executive in several industries, including aviation, energy and social services.
From 2004 to 2012, Joy developed and taught entrepreneurship, business and marketing courses for Emory University’s continuing education program. She is also a CNN and Black Enterprise business contributor. Joy has a master’s in human development and psychology with a focus in behavioral science from Harvard University.
