Michelle Singletary is The Washington Post’s resident personal finance expert, dispensing financial advice via her syndicated column The Color of Money.

Singletary’s financial expertise has been featured on NBC’s Today, ABC’s The View, PBS’s The Tavis Smiley Show and WAMU’s The Diane Rehm Show. She is a frequent guest on NPR and was for several years a regular personal finance contributor for the Day to Day program.

She has written for O Magazine and is the author of several books, most recently What to Do with Your Money When Crisis Hits: A Survival Guide.
