Tracy L. Dumas is an associate professor of management and human resources in Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. Her research addresses the interface between employees’ personal and professional lives with a focus on understanding how management practices can help employees to both excel at work and engage meaningfully with their families and communities while remaining true to their personal identities.
Her research has been published in leading academic outlets including Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Annals, Academy, Organization Science and Duke Journal of Gender Law & Policy.
