Update: Lina Khan will be nominated to the Federal Trade Commission. Lina Khan is an associate professor of law at Columbia Law School. She researches and writes on antitrust law and competition policy, with a particular focus on technology markets.
Update: Baker is currently the Biden administration’s Deputy Director for Energy Justice, and is on a leave of absence from Northeastern. Shalanda Baker is a professor of law, public policy and urban affairs at Northeastern University. She is an expert on energy and environmental policy.

Update: President Biden on Friday named Tim Wu to the National Economic Council on Friday as a special assistant to the president for technology and competition policy. Tim Wu is a professor of law at Columbia Law School. Wu joined the school in 2006 and teaches antitrust, copyright, the media industries, and communications law.
Update: Cecilia Rouse is chair of President Biden’s Council of Economic Advisers. Cecilia Rouse is a professor of economics and public affairs and the former dean of the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. Previously, she was the dean of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public Affairs at Princeton University.
Update as of February 2021: Kristen Clarke has been nominated by President Biden to run the Civil Rights Division. Kristen Clarke is president and executive director of the National Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
Update [03/12/2021]: Michelle Asha Cooper has been appointed the deputy assistant secretary for higher education programs in the Office of Postsecondary Education at the U.S. Department of Education.
